August 1, 2025 – Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA – Schreiber Foods is proud to announce the acquisition of Terbium Industrial, a leading producer of high-quality dairy bases for ice cream and cold beverages. Located in El Marqués, Querétaro, Mexico, the Terbium team officially joined the Schreiber family on August 1, 2025.

The acquisition supports Schreiber’s long-term growth plan, expanding our capabilities into new and exciting categories that fit very well with our existing products. The addition of Terbium’s expertise and operations enhances our ability to serve customers with greater flexibility, innovation and scale.
